REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY

VI TRIBE adheres to a high standard of sanitation practices and safety protocols for our customers. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS

For Cancellations, your order will be fully refunded if your concern has been expressed within 24 hours of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT accept order cancellations if the order has already been shipped.

To action an immediate cancellation, please contact customer care via email at support@tribeofvi.com. Refunds will be reimbursed back to the original method of payment. Credit cards may take 3-7 business days to process.
